I have always eaten healthy foods but my problem was the quantity of food that I was putting in my body every day. Whereas most people stop after one plate of food, I would often have two or even three if it was a meal I really liked. I was overeating and not getting a lot of exercise, so I was paying the price with my health. I knew that I needed to put a stop to the madness, so I wanted to find out How To Lose Belly Fat. I already knew that I needed to start controlling how much I was eating, but I never realized that exercise was so important. Don’t get me wrong now. I have a big yard and I mow it myself, I play basketball with friends, and I do other things like that. It was not enough though. I needed to start exercising every single day in addition to those other things. When I started doing that, I was finally able to start feeling better for the first time in ages. I was also winning the war against belly fat!
